About PRP and bio filler.
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, uses a small sample of your own blood. It’s spun in a centrifuge to separate the plasma, which is rich in growth factors, then reintroduced into the skin to stimulate collagen and support regeneration.
Bio filler, sometimes called bio-remodelling, takes this a step further by turning your plasma into a natural gel filler that volumises and hydrates while stimulating long-term collagen production.

PRP is £250 per session and bio filler is £350. A course is usually recommended, and Teresa will confirm your plan and price at your consultation. New clients receive 10% off their first treatment.
PRP reintroduces your plasma into the skin to stimulate collagen and improve texture. Bio filler heats the plasma into a gel that can be used as a natural filler to add volume and hydration as well.
A course of around three sessions, a few weeks apart, usually gives the best results. Teresa will recommend a plan for you.
Because PRP uses your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is very low. Teresa will check your suitability and medical history at your consultation.
Mild redness, swelling or bruising can occur for a day or two. Most clients return to normal activities straight away.

How PRP works
Platelets in your blood contain growth factors that play a key role in healing. By concentrating them and reintroducing them into the skin, PRP stimulates collagen and elastin, improving texture, tone and fine lines.
What is bio filler?
Bio filler, also known as bio-remodelling, is made by gently heating your plasma to create a natural gel. It can be used to add soft volume and hydration, for example under the eyes, while continuing to stimulate collagen.

Every treatment begins with a consultation with Teresa. She’ll assess your skin and medical history, explain how PRP or bio filler could help, and plan the right course for you.
Aftercare
For beautiful results, please follow the aftercare advice below.
First 24 hours
- Do not touch, rub or massage the treated areas unnecessarily.
- Avoid make-up over the injection sites for 12–24 hours where possible.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Gentle everyday activity is fine.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, as this may increase the likelihood of bruising.
- Avoid excessive heat, including saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, very hot showers and sunbathing, for 24–48 hours.
- Avoid sunbeds/tanning following treatment. Published aftercare guidance specifically advises avoiding tanning and heat exposure during the immediate post-treatment period.
- Avoid applying significant pressure to the treated area, including tight headwear where relevant.
- Treat your skin gently when cleansing and avoid aggressive rubbing.
What to expect
Small areas of redness, mild swelling, tenderness or pinpoint bruising can occur following treatment and are usually temporary.
Results develop gradually rather than immediately. One UK aftercare guide advises that effects commonly begin within 3–5 days, with the fuller effect developing at around 10–14 days.

If a review has been arranged, this is commonly undertaken at around two weeks, when the treatment result can be appropriately assessed.
